Jennifer Causey - Assistant Administrator

Jennifer, a licensed nursing facility administrator, obtained her bachelor's degree in Human Ecology/Nutrition from LA Tech and is a very proud mother of her two children, Philip and Kayli. The first granddaughter of Dr. Wren Causey, Jennifer is proud to be a part of continuing her grandfather's legacy along with her brother, Brian, and the rest of their Haven Team.

Wende Bruce, RN - Director of Nursing

Wende has been an RN for nine  years and brings with her a BS degree in Biology from Mississippi College. She worked at SFMC ER prior to joining Haven Home Health and is excited about leading her team in the Monroe branch. Wende became a nurse because of what she learned and experienced as a little girl watching home health nurses caring for her own grandmother. She saw first hand how God could use the hands of a nurse to reach out to the hurt and dying and give them peace and comfort. Wende always wanted to return the "favor," and now, she is. Kim McBroom, RN - Assistant Director of Nursing

Originally from Lake Charles, but calling Olla her home for 25 years now, Kim McBroom is more than ready to lead our Haven Team as ADON. She graduated from Delcambre High, studied Business Administration at ULL and ULM for 3 years, and obtained her RN degree from LSUA in 2004. Kim joined Haven Home Health in 2006 and has been a shining star of accountability and excellence in nursing since then. Neta Sanders Ford, RN – Community Education & Sales Director

Neta, like most of our Haven Family Members, has been in healthcare most of her life. As a matter of fact, her mother and 2 sisters are also nurses. Originally from Franklin Parish, she started as a candy striper at age 13 in her family’s nursing home, then worked her way up the “healthcare ladder” as an aide, LPN, then RN – totaling 33 years to date in nursing! She continued her education/experience in Healthcare Administration, Hospice, Psych, and LTC along with 15 years alone in the home care arena. Neta is also very active with AHA’s Go Red for Women and various community services. She and her husband, Paul, have 2 wonderful children and are very active members and on staff at House of Prayer International.
